Santiago, here we come!  At some point...

Kate (the translator) and Nick (the French/English speaker) will be flying down to the capital of Santiago and then venturing out from there to Patagonia and to wine country for several days.  It will be Nick's first trip to the South America, but Kate's a seasoned veteran (and by seasoned, we mean salty).  If anyone knows how to ship wine home by the caseload (short of stuffing bottles under our clothes), do tell.  We may even pay you back with a glass of wine!
